Tube support

A support made of acid free board for archiving tubes freely. Maps, drawings, etc. of an extreme size are rolled up a tube (and covered by acid-free paper, cotton cloth or tyvek). The tube rests on both ends on the support, allowing the object to 'hang freely'. This prevents the object from being damaged by pressure when the tube (with the object around) is laid down by itself.

The support, delivered in one piece, can be devided in two parts. For 2 (support width: 57 cm) and  3 tubes (support width: 83.5 cm)
respectively. Dimension may change depending on the diameter of the tube that needs to be carried.
